Gluten Free Vegan Maple Glazed Pumpkin Donuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box Sun Flour Mills Pumpkin Cake Mix
  • 2 cups + 2 TBSP pumpkin puree

Glaze

  • 1/4 cup butter/butter alternative
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix pumpkin cake mix and pumpkin puree together on high speed for 1 minute.
  • Transfer batter into a piping bag/ziploc bag.
  • Grease donut pan and pipe batter into the donut wells.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes in a 350 degee oven.
  • Glaze or coat the outside, or just enjoy plain.

Glaze

  • Melt the butter and maple syrup together in a small sauce pan.
  • Once fully melted take off heat and add the powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
  • Dip your donuts and enjoy!
