2-Ingredient Gluten Free Vegan Sweet Potato Donuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Sun Flour Mills Pumpkin Cake Mix
  • 2 cups + 2 TBSP mashed sweet potato
  • Melted coconut oil
  • Blend of cinnamon + sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix Sun Flour Mills Pumpkin Cake Mix and mashed sweet potato in a mixer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Transfer batter into a ziploc/piping bag. Cut the tip and pipe into a greased donut pan.
  • Bake in a 350F oven for 12-18 minutes.
  • Remove from donut pan and cool on a cooling rack.
  • Once cool enough to handle, lightly brush with coconut oil and coat in cinnamon sugar.
