Gluten Free Vegan Maple Glazed Pumpkin Donuts

Ingredients

Box Sun Flour Mills Pumpkin Cake Mix

cups
+ 2 TBSP pumpkin puree
Glaze
1/4
cup
butter/butter alternative
1/2
cup
maple syrup
1
cup
powdered sugar
Instructions
Mix pumpkin cake mix and pumpkin puree together on high speed for 1 minute.
Transfer batter into a piping bag/ziploc bag.
Grease donut pan and pipe batter into the donut wells.
Bake for 12-15 minutes in a 350 degee oven.
Glaze or coat the outside, or just enjoy plain.

Melt the butter and maple syrup together in a small sauce pan.
Once fully melted take off heat and add the powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
Dip your donuts and enjoy!
