Pecan Braids / Sticky Buns

Ingredients
  

  • Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain Bread Mix
  • 3/4 cup dairy free margarine or butter
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp Karo syrup

Instructions
 

  • Make Sun Flour Mills dough as instructed
  • Transfer dough into a large pastry bag or ziplock bag
  • Over medium heat melt butter, brown sugar and pecans
  • Pour mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan
  • Pipe dough into the shape of braids on top of the mixture
  • Loosely cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 30-40 minutes
  • Just prior to baking drizzle the braids/sticky buns with the Karo syrup
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes depending on size of rolls
  • After baking invert onto a platter
