  1. 1 cube dairy-free margarine or butter
  2. 2/3 cup dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
  3. 3/4 cup vanilla rice milk or milk
  4. 1 cup cocoa powder
  5. 3 cups powdered sugar
  6. 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  1. Melt margarine, chocolate chips, milk, and cocoa powder until creamy
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix
  3. Cover frosting with plastic wrap
  4. Let cool on counter (frosting will appear too thin until it cools)
  5. After frosting has cooled, beat with a hand mixer on low speed until light & fluffy
