Double Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 box Sun Flour Mills "Award Winning" Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 3/4 cup melted dairy-free margarine or butter
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dry instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients together
- Beat with a hand mixer 30-45 seconds or until well incorporated. Do not over mix
- Divide batter into cupcake wells
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, depending on muffin size
