Mini Pizza Waffles

- 1 box Sun Flour Mills Pizza & French Bread Mix
- 1 packet yeast (included)
- 1 ⅔ cups warm water
- 4 egg whites (egg free - omit eggs and add ⅓ cups warm water)
- 1 TBSP vinegar
- 2 TBSP oil
Pizza Toppings of Choice
- 2 cups mozzerella
- 1 cup mini pepperoni
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
PREPARE mix as directed on the box.
RISE in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
FOLD in pizza toppings, carefully.
PREHEAT mini waffle iron and spray with non-stick spray.
SCOOP approximately ¼ cup of mix and cook until crispy and golden (about 2 minutes).
REMOVE carefully and keep warm (best served fresh).°
Optional Ideas:
- Dip mini waffles in pizza sauce.
- Make full-sized waffles.
- Add extra toppings on top and bake them in the oven at 350 degrees until warm/melted.
