Sugar Cookie Popcorn

This recipe was an entry into Sun Flour Mills' Baking Contest.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Sun Flour Mills Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 8 cups popcorn lightly salted
  • 16 oz white chocolate or vanilla candy coating
  • ¼ cup sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • SPREAD sugar cookie mix onto a parchment lined pan and lightly toast at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  • PLACE popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  • MELT white chocolate/vanilla according to package directions.
  • STIR cookie mix into melted chocolate/vanilla.
  • POUR over popcorn and stir until fully coated.
  • SPREAD popcorn out on wax paper and add sprinkles on top.
  • COOL completely and break up into smaller pieces.
