Fudgy Brownies
This recipe was voted runner-up in Sun Flour Mills' Baking Contest. Ooey and gooey chocolate fudgy brownies make from chocolate cake mix! A classic reinvented!
Ingredients
- 1 box Sun Flour Mills Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- ⅔ cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup nuts
Instructions
- COMBINE all ingredients in a stand mixer or by hand until combined.
- SPRAY 9x9 cake pan with non-stick spray.
- SPREAD batter into pan (it will be very thick).
- BAKE at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- COOL before cutting for best results.
