So far, I have just used this to make cinnamon rolls. I mostly followed the recipe from this website, with the exception of using the equivalent of one egg of Egg Beaters. I had trouble making the rolls by piping swirls out on a baking sheet, so I put some of the dough into muffin tins. Both methods created excellent rolls that had excellent taste and texture. This is the first batch of rolls I have made for a friend who found out a couple years ago she is gluten intolerant. She was excited about the results, as well, and plans to buy this mix. She said the rolls froze well and retained their taste and texture.

      Jakester,

Thank you for trying our Rolls & Sandwich Bread mix! Glad they turned out ok even though the cinnamon roll recipe didn’t pipe very well for you. It is a bit tricky since we are not as thick and stretchy as a normal gluten dough. Thank you for sharing with your friend that is now also a customer. This is how our brand grows! Happy baking!

Just tried this mix I found at the local Fred Meyer (Kroger) grocery store. I am very impressed! The texture is fabulous and the mix was easy to make and follow. Hard to find gfcf products that are so tasty. THANK YOU!

We are so happy that you loved our Rolls & Sandwich Bread mix! If your local Fred Meyer dropped the local food kiosk, let them know you would like to get our products on the regular shelf. Some of the Fred Meyer’s did this. Otherwise we can help you find another way to purchase the products from another store locally or online. Happy baking!

We were planning on having pulled pork sandwiches for a family event, and my 4 gluten free kids always want to put the meat on buns like everyone else. All the popular brands of buns are super thick or tend to crumble. A friend gave us this mix. I made some in cupcake tin and a few a dolloped onto a cookie sheet. I should’ve done the cookie sheet with all of them! I was amazed at how well the dough kept its shape. They looked like buns! They sliced like buns, they were soft, and didn’t fall apart! These were the first GF buns I’ve made in 7 years of trying to find a good GF option! Thank you!

I bought the rolls & sandwich mix at Winco. I just made it and had my first slice. It is Truly Just Flat Out FABULOUS! I made it in the bread machine using Dough setting & Bake setting. 55 min, 200F. and it is PERFECT! a wonderful texture, and taste. I am new to GF baking (for myself), and I’ve tried 3 other bread machine bread mixes. All have been very good to excellent. But, seriously, Yours is my favorite. Thank you for making an easy, tasty, available (Winco) product for us. I am anxious to try other recipes now.

This mix came out fantastic even though we replaced the egg with apple sauce due to a allergy. We made 6 rolls and a small loaf with the one box mix.

We just found this at our local supermarket. We have been searching for awhile for bread that is egg, wheat, dairy, soy and various other odds and ends free and had not found one that turned out like bread rather than a hard rock. Well we don’t have to look anymore. We found this and my son LOVES it. We all tried it and are super impressed. It tastes like bread. Real, honest to goodness, bread! AMAZING!!!!
