If you have been searching for the easiest pumpkin breakfast, brunch, or treat idea, look no further! These baked gluten free pumpkin donuts require only 2 ingredients! ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS! Don’t let me forget to mention that they are not only gluten free, but dairy free, egg free, and vegan! They are easy to make and are ready to eat in under 20 minutes. These donuts will take the stress out of any party or holiday planning you have and will leave your family and guests wanting more.

 

What is even more wonderful about these donuts is they are completely free of the top 8 allergens! Everyone can enjoy, and the best part is no one will know they are allergy free because they taste AMAZING!
On these gluten free pumpkin donuts we used a maple glaze, but these donuts would be delicious with any glaze or topping – cinnamon sugar, regular glaze, cinnamon glaze, maple glaze, the possibilities are endless. (They are also really tasty without any thing too!) 

These donuts are easiest made in a donut pan. Our favorite pan is this Nonstick Donut Pan from Nordic Ware. The donuts always come out perfectly and it adds a beautiful shape to them. 

 

Ingredients Needed:

RECIPE:

1 box of Sun Flour Mills Pumpkin Cake Mix

2 cups + 2 TBSP canned pumpkin puree

 

  1. Mix pumpkin cake mix and pumpkin puree together on high speed for 1 minute.
  2. Transfer batter into a piping bag/ziploc bag.
  3. Grease donut pan and pipe batter into the donut wells. 
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes in a 350 degee oven. 
  5. Glaze or coat the outside, or just enjoy plain.

 

Maple Glaze Recipe:

1/4 cup butter/butter alternative

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 cup powdered sugar

 

  1. Melt the butter and maple syrup together in a small sauce pan. 
  2. Once fully melted take off heat and add the powdered sugar until fully incorporated. 
  3. Dip your donuts and enjoy!
