  1. Sun Flour Mills Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix
  2. 4 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
  3. 1/2 cup dairy free margarine or butter
  4. 2 egg yolks
  5. 2 whole eggs
  6. 1 1/2 cup white sugar
  1. In a large bowl melt chocolate chips and margarine/butter using a double broiler (if using the microwave, stir well every 20 seconds until melted)
  2. In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks, whole eggs, and sugar on high speed for 3 minutes (the eggs should be pale yellow and thick)
  3. Slowly pour egg mixture into the melted chocolate, stirring constantly
  4. Gently fold in 2 tsp of Sun Flour Mills Chocolate Cake Mix
  5. Pour evenly into 4 well-greased ramekins or custard dishes
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 6-7 minutes.
  1. Optional: serve warm with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and chocolate ganache
