  1. 6 slices Sun Flour Mills Sandwich Bread
  2. 5 large eggs
  3. 2 cups vanilla rice milk or milk
  4. 1 cup white vinegar
  5. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1 Tbsp dairy free margarine or butter
  7. 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  1. Cut the bread into 1-2 in squares.
  2. Place in a well greased 8in baking pan
  3. Drizzle with melted butter or margarine
  4. Sprinkle with cranberries or raisins
  5. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, rice milk/milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon for 1-2min
  6. Pour over bread
  7. Press bread down until it soaks up the wet ingredients
  8. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until lightly browned and springy to the touch
