Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices Sun Flour Mills Sandwich Bread
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 cups vanilla rice milk or milk
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp dairy free margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bread into 1-2 in squares.
  • Place in a well greased 8in baking pan
  • Drizzle with melted butter or margarine
  • Sprinkle with cranberries or raisins
  • In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, rice milk/milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon for 1-2min
  • Pour over bread
  • Press bread down until it soaks up the wet ingredients
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes or until lightly browned and springy to the touch
