Melt dairy free butter and pour into 2 9x13in baking pans
In a separate large bowl, using a stand or hand mixer combine the SFM Pastry Flour, salt, xanthan gum, sugar, eggs, and rice milk
Mix for at least 3-5 minutes. This will make the eggs fluffy.
Divide batter evenly into the two 9x13 baking pans prepared with the melted butter
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
