In a large mixing bowl mix SFM Pastry Flour, corn meal, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder, and sugar
Then add eggs, oil, and rice milk
Stir until well incorporated, but do not over stir
Transfer dough into a well-greased 8x8 in square baking pan
Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Serve with honey butter if desired
