Instructions
Sift dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients one at a time
Beat on Low speed for 2 minutes
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
For frosting: in a mixing bowl beat ingredients on high speed with hand or stand mixer for 2-3 minutes until right consistency
Frost cupcakes or cakes

Yields 24 cupcakes or 2 8" rounds
