Award Winning Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 535 g or 18.8 oz Chocolate Cake mix about 2 & 1/2 cups but a scant more
  • 3 eggs egg free- omit eggs & add 3 Tablespoons of water to replace eggs
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • *weight of mix is a preference over cup method

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in stand mixer for about 1 minute.
  • Spray cake pan with non-stick spray or use cupcake liners (2, 8 inch round pans for cake OR 12-18 cupcakes filled half way with batter)
  • Bake at 350 degrees (25-30 minutes for cake, 15-20 minutes for cupcakes)
