Can I use a bread machine?

Yes but your bread will turn out more dense.

Do I have to use “egg replacer” to make the products vegan?

No. All of the products just have water to replace with the exception of the Sugar Cookie mix.

I live at a high altitude. Do I have to adjust my baking/temp?

Usually you will not have to adjust the recipe. If you make our product and notice it is still not cooked all of the way, you may have to adjust your time and/or temp setting. Every oven is also different. General rules for baking at high altitude is to lower the temperature 25 degrees and increase baking time 5 – 10 minutes.

Can I use coconut oil instead of shortening in the sugar cookies?

You need to use shortening or the cookies will not turn out. We know that one customer tried it and well, it did not turn out. There is a vegan shortening that you can try to substitute if you are vegan.

Are your products certified Gluten-Free?

All of our products are certified gluten free!  Our products are produced in a dedicated gf facility along with the facility also being egg free, nut free, dairy free, fish free and soy free.
