Oatmeal Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cube butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 Tbsp nutella
  • 1 Tbsp instant vanilla chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Cream together butter or margarine, white sugar, and brown sugar
  • Add egg, nutella, vanilla chocolate pudding mix, and vanilla extract
  • Sift and then add Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain Flour, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum
  • Add gluten free oats, and chocolate chips
  • Mix all until well blended
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes
