  1. 1/2 cup dairy free margarine or butter
  2. 3 cups Sun Flour Mills Pastry Flour
  3. 1/4 tsp salt
  4. 2 tsp xanthan gum
  5. 1 Tbsp white sugar
  6. 12 eggs
  7. 2 cups vanilla rice milk or milk
  1. Melt dairy free butter and pour into 2 9x13in baking pans
  2. In a separate large bowl, using a stand or hand mixer combine the SFM Pastry Flour, salt, xanthan gum, sugar, eggs, and rice milk
  3. Mix for at least 3-5 minutes. This will make the eggs fluffy.
  4. Divide batter evenly into the two 9x13 baking pans prepared with the melted butter
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
