German Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup dairy free margarine or butter
  • 3 cups Sun Flour Mills Pastry Flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 Tbsp white sugar
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups vanilla rice milk or milk

Instructions
 

  • Melt dairy free butter and pour into 2 9x13in baking pans
  • In a separate large bowl, using a stand or hand mixer combine the SFM Pastry Flour, salt, xanthan gum, sugar, eggs, and rice milk
  • Mix for at least 3-5 minutes. This will make the eggs fluffy.
  • Divide batter evenly into the two 9x13 baking pans prepared with the melted butter
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
