Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free oat bran
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vanilla rice milk or water
  • 1/2 cup canola oil

Instructions
 

  • Sift together Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain All Purpose Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum, oat bran, and brown sugar
  • Add in eggs, rice milk or water, and canola oil
  • Allow to sit for 10 minutes prior to baking
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

    In the recipe picture it looks like there may be raisins. Were these omitted from the recipe?
