Ingredients
  1. Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain All Purpose Flour
  2. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1 tsp baking soda
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 3/4 tsp xanthan gum
  6. 1 1/2 cups gluten free oat bran
  7. 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  8. 3 eggs
  9. 1 cup vanilla rice milk or water
  10. 1/2 cup canola oil
Instructions
  1. Sift together Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain All Purpose Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum, oat bran, and brown sugar
  2. Add in eggs, rice milk or water, and canola oil
  3. Allow to sit for 10 minutes prior to baking
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
